The picturesque Bay of Roses, on Spain’s Costa Brava, gave its annual Catalonian welcome to the PWA World Tour from June 12th through 17th. The Ballena Alegre Camping resort - the site of many famous Freestyle and Super-X face-offs in the past, hosted the elite talent of the PWA’s electrifying Slalom racing format.

Finian Maynard (BVI, F2) and Karin Jaggi (SUI, F2, North) are crowned the men’s and women’s speed windsurfing world champions respectively. Both dominated the final event held in Walvis Bay during the last week as well as the whole tour with it’s previous stops in Fuerteventura and Karpathos.
