Semifinals • D2 : Alinghi unbeaten, Prada back to the score
The wind was shifty again in the Hauraki Bay but both races were able to be completed. If Italian team did won its first race to come back to OneWorld’ score, Alinghi has won again. The semifinals did start today with Alinghi and OneWorld first wins. In the first match, the Swiss team dominated the race but in the second one, both teams took the lead before Italian crew made enough errors to let the final win to the american challenger. -

The Seattle Yacht Club’s OneWorld Challenge, charged with choosing its opponent for the Quarter Final Repechage of the Louis Vuitton Cup, has elected to sail Team Dennis Conner when racing commences on Saturday 23rd November.
